FIGURE 4. Visualization of PCR products was performed with five different primers on the agarose gel. The primers are the ISSR 1 (A); the ISSR 2 (B), the ISSR 3A53 (C); the ISSR 5 (D), and the ISSR 21 (E). M1, 1 kb DNA ladder; M2, 100 bp DNA ladder; Sc1-5, C. scoparia 1-5; Dr 1-5, C. dirmilensis 1-5; Sa 1-5, C. saldaensis 1-5; (+), positive control in which Olea europaea L. DNA was used as a template; (-), negative control no DNA as a template.
