Description

This is the code used to process data from an agent-based model of in vitro tuberculosis infection models and generate figures. Included scripts visualize calibration comparisons, dynamic outputs, spatial layouts of cells, radial density, T cell infiltration, partial rank correlation coefficients, and parameter distributions. These were used to analyze and compare a traditional monolayer and a spheroid model of tuberculosis infection.
