Stegana (Steganina) labao Cui & Chen, sp. nov.

Diagnosis. This species closely resembles S. (S.) idiasta sp. nov. in the shape of female terminalia (Fig. 42D–I), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the 8th sternite slightly longer than wide, glabrous on basal 3/4, with some long setae and pubescence on distal 1/4 (Fig. 42H).

Description. Female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum yellow (Fig. 10C). Katepisternum yellowish (Fig. 10D). Scutellum brown, dark brown near distal margin (Fig. 10C). Halter mostly grey (Fig. 10D). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown (Fig. 10C, D); sternites brown, slightly wider than long. Female terminalia (Fig. 42G–I): Epiproct with some setae on distal 2/3 (Fig. 42G). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence (Fig. 42G, I).

Type material. Holotype ♀ (SCAU, No. 125692, DNA #1903), CHINA: Yixiang, Pu'er, Yunnan, 22°44'19''N, 101°07'01''E, alt. 1420m, 28.v.2015, ex tree trunk, H.W. Chen.

Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Etymology. From the word " labao " in Hani language from the Hani nationality living in Yunnan, China, referring to the meaning "singing folk song".
