Metaphlan 4.0.5 databases resources

This external resource is proposed to help usage of Metaphlan 4 (https://github.com/biobakery/metaphlan) in docker context for usage in workflows such as Nextflow or Scitq. This uses the version 4.0.5 of MetaPhlAn, which was published in February 2023.
