Structured Literature Review for a Conceptualization of Function as a Service

This bundle contains for every step in the structured literature review (SLR) a bibliography file.

The result of each step:

• Step 1 contains the raw list of all 471 entries.
• Step 2 contains a list of 40 papers after filtering the papers from step 1
• Step 3 contains a list of 19 papers after skimming the papers from step 2 and selecting the relevant ones
• Step 4 contains the snowballed papers, in total 27
• Step 5 contains the final set of 23 papers where the snowballed papers were assessed.

The PDF (slrDefinition) shows the process of the SLR, whereas the spreadsheet (slr_faasConceptualization) contains all the information why papers where included/excluded as well as the characteristics identified in each paper.

Furthermore, it includes the two CNCF definitions for Serverless and Function as a Service for archiving purposes.
