BBBP Explainer is a code to generate structural alerts of blood-brain barrier penetrating and non-penetrating drugs using Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations (LIME) and SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) of machine learning models from BBBP dataset.
