This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against hVPS35 (Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 35) by immunoblot (Western blot), immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs iin knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls.
