The article reflects the essence of the conceptual and methodological benchmarks related to the stages of branding-building in an educational environment. Career advancement requires us to conform to certain standards. These standards will guide the way we live and the way we act and react at work, which constitutes our personal image, or branding. The signals we send to our superiors, subordinates, colleagues, clients, and everyone else we interact with at work should show that we behave in accordance with our personal image. When it comes to a brand for people, most of the time we have in mind the experience of these people, their special, unique, pleasant and at the same time challenging character, and that specific feeling we have about them.
