D6.1 - Large Scale Pilot implementation strategy and validation plan

Considering the business cases defined in WP1 and the specificities of each pilot site, this task defines the detailed implementation and validation plan for each LSP, where specific reference implementations of the PLATOON architecture will be instantiated, and specific data analytical tools will be demonstrated on each local site and within the local context. An implementation plan is drafted for each location to break the strategy into identifiable steps that will ensure a timely start and completion of each pilot activity. A common framework is initially defined and then used across all locations.
An initial monitoring plan and set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is identified as part of the Validation Plan, and during this task the baselines values will be clearly measured.
The validation plan has a specific chapter for the validation of each component of the PLATOON architecture, with special emphasis on the interoperability, governance and data security components, Edge Computing and Real Time Processing solutions or Big Data Collection (if applies to pilots), as well as the features of the Data Analytics Toolbox.
