Los Viñedos de La Mancha forman parte del proyecto SAMUTER (Sistemas Agroalimentarios Multifuncionales y Territorializados) (https://samuter.paisajeterritoriouam.es/). El SAMUTER analiza las interrelaciones entre las condiciones naturales y humanas del territorio donde se extienden los viñedos de la comarca de La Mancha, dentro de la región de Castilla-La Mancha (España).
