THE METHOD OF HOUSING AND UTILITY SERVICES PROVIDERS' DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS' MANAGEMENT TEAM COMPETENCIES' DEVELOPMENT

This study proposes a new method to develop management team competencies for development projects of housing and utility services providers. Based on the analysis of previous works, the need to improve the efficiency of the development projects’ management team of housing and communal services providers due to the competencies required. Certain approaches are proposed.
