This paper reveals a hint to the deepest mystery of the universe. Why are the laws of the universe the way they
are ? For example, why are the mass and charge of the electron what they are? The laws of the universe are
predetermined by the initial fine-tuning of the internal dynamics of every elementary particle in the universe.
