Updated SSP scenarios and DICE results presented in Koch and Leimbach's (2022) paper: "SSP economic growth projections: major changes of key drivers in integrated assessment modelling"

Notes

Fixes bug in 2017 Int$PPP scenarios, where for a small selection of countries, missing PPP factors lead to bad projections. Uses more recent data: WDI downloaded on 20.02.2023 and the IMF's WEO from October 2022.
