Bir İlm-i Kırâat İcâzetnâmesi: Mehmet Rüştü Âşıkkutlu'nun Öğrencisi Safvan Çakıroğlu'na Verdiği İcâzetnâme

Öz

İslâm eğitim-öğretim geleneğinde, ders müfredâtını ya da belli bir içeriğe tekabül eden kitabı tamamlayan öğrenciye, hocası tarafından verilen icâzetnâme daima ehemmiyet arz etmiştir. Kırâat ilminde oldukça önemsenen icâzet müessesesi, Müslümanların 14 asrı aşkın bir zamandır bu sahaya yönelttiği ilginin bariz göstergesidir. Allah Rasûlü’nden (sav) itibaren, Kur’ân’ın telaffuz boyutunun herhangi bir değişikliğe uğramaksızın kimler vasıtasıyla nakledildiğini gösteren bu yazılı tarihî belgeler, bir fem-i muhsinden, Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in fonetik boyutunun korunması suretiyle tâlim edilerek alındığının kanıtıdır. Zira bu alanda, kırâati hocasından bizzat ahzetmeyen kimsenin kırâat ilmini vermesine itibar edilmez. Bu çerçevede ülkemizin son dönemde yetiştirdiği önemli kırâat üstâdlarından Safvan Çakıroğlu (ö. 2014), pek çok kurrâ hâfız yetiştirerek onlara icâzet vermiştir. Vefatının ardından birçok öğrencisi, Çakıroğlu’nun kırâat tedris yöntemini kendisinden tahsil ettiği şekliyle sonrakilere nakletmiş, hâlihazırda aynı usûl ile bu eğitimi sürdürmektedir. Bu durum, Çakıroğlu’nun icâzetnâmesinin incelenmeyi hak ettiğini göstermekte olup bir gelenek oluşturması itibarıyla da elinizdeki çalışmanın çıkış noktasını teşkil etmektedir. Makalede, bir altyapı olması sadedinde kırâat ilmi açısından icâzet geleneğine temas edilip Çakıroğlu’nun icâzetnâmesinin metni ve tercümesine yer verilecektir.

Abstract

In the Islamic education tradition, the proficiency authorızatıon given by the teacher is always important to the student who completes the curriculum or specific book. The authorization tradition, which is very important in the qıraah discipline, is a sign of interest of Muslims in this branch that has been going on for more than fourteen centuries. These written historical documents showing that the reading dimension of the Qur’an was transferred from the Prophet through no change, are proof of substantially the phonetic dimension of the Qur’an was taken from education by preserving it. Because, in this discipline, it is not respected that anyone who does not learn from the master himself personally gives the science of qiraah. In this framework, Safvan Cakiroglu, one of the important trainers of our country, has given many students a certificate of authorization. After his death, many of his students carry out their teaching activities as taught by Cakiroglu. This shows that Cakiroglu’s authorization deserves to be examined. As it constitutes a tradition, it constitutes the starting point of the work you have. In our study, the tradition of authority in terms of infrastructure will be mentioned and the text and translation of Cakiroglu’s authorization will be included.
