Dampak Aktivitas Fisik (Jogging) terhadap Denyut Nadi Latihan

This study aimed to determine the impact of physical activity (Jogging) on the pulse during warm-up activities. The method used in this study was an experiment using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample used in this study was 22 first-semester students of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program. This study measured the pulse 10 seconds x 6 before and after Jogging. Data analysis techniques using descriptive and t-tests. The results showed that there was a difference in heart rate before Jogging 94 times/minute, and after Jogging of 164 times/minute, thus the impact of physical activity, namely Jogging 2000 m is quite effective for warming up so that it can increase the maximum pulse rate in preparation for entering the training zone.
