Global Fire Emissions Database burned-area dataset into Community Land Model version 5.0 – Biogeochemistry

This code enables the application of the GFED4 burned area into CLM5 (a land part of CESM 2.0.1). We changed the source code, located in ~/CESM/component/clm, as attached as a zip file (clm.zip). We also create nc files (bugfed_2001.nc~bugfed_2012.nc) of the proportion of burned area in each grid cell based on the GFED4 burned area.
