Аbstract: The article highlights specific psychological aspects of professional stress and altruism. We know that humanity lives and works surrounded by stressful factors. Pedagogical activity is full of stressful factors as it is a professional activity in the "human-human" system. This article analyzes the professional stress that occurs in pedagogical activities and their psychological characteristics. Altruistic principles in pedagogical activities and their impact on overcoming professional stress are psychologically analyzed, and based on empirical data, conclusions and recommendations are made.
