Description
The totality of knowledge of special pedagogy was formed and accumulated in a long process of development of the practice of teaching and educating children with various physical or mental disabilities. Initially, in the absence of their own pedagogical terminology, the generally accepted medical terminology was used, denoting the pathological anatomical and physiological differences of persons with developmental disabilities from other people.
