Description

Due to their dual membrane composition and high hydrophobicity, mitochondrial SLCs are not ideal candidates for the mild lysis condition we standardly used in RESOLUTE WP2 AP-MS. We, therefore, use an adapted protocol (modified from Frezza et al.) for the study and definition of protein-protein interaction network of mitochondrial SLCs.
