Checkpoint Notebook: Longitudinal Analysis and Creating Employment Measures using Indiana's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Data and UI Wage Record Data for TANF Enterers

This is a Jupyter Notebook containing practice questions covering  the concept of record linkage where we link the cohort of TANF enterers to their respective wage records. Job-level employment metrics are created using the linked data and person-level employment metrics are then created using the job-level metrics. This notebook was developed for the Summer 2022 Applied Data Analytics training facilitated by the TANF Data Collaborative and Coleridge Initiative in conjunction with Indiana’s Department of Workforce Development and Indiana’s Family and Social Services Administration.
