Description

Attached are supplementary code and results data for the manuscript 'An invasive pathogen drives directional niche contractions in amphibians'. All occurrence data used in this manuscript are available from the sources cited within text.

Code attached describes the method used to calculate niche hypervolume ('Example_hypervolume_script.R') and the basis of our BACI analysis (BACI-analysis.R).

Attached CSV files display amalgamated results from the hypervolume analyses ('niche_metrics_simple.csv'), beta diversity analysis ('results_beta_diversity.csv'), and BACI analysis relating to beta diversity ('BACI_results_beta_diversity.csv') and niche shift ('BACI_results_niche_shift.csv').
