В статье исследован институциональный подход к пониманию финансовой системы и ее структуры. Определено, что движущей силой развития финансовых систем на современном этапе являются подрывные технологические инновации, которые в финансовой сфере реализуются в FinTech-индустрии путем цифровизации предоставления финансовых услуг. Охарактеризованы направления FinТech и отдельные возможности, которые они открывают для экономических субъектов.

Characterized the directions of FinTech and the individual opportunities that they open up for economic entities.
