Description
ClimMAP is a suite of tools aimed at performing plant pest analysis based on climate and weather data. It includes two tools, SCAN-Clim (Support Climate suitAbility aNalysis based on Climate Classifications) for developing pest climate suitability maps, and MAP-DD (MApping Pest DegreeDay accumulation) for developing pest accumulated degree-days maps.
