Description
Specifications of polymorphism and changeability of local grape varieties, discovered on expeditions launched in 1998-2015 to different viticulture regions, as well as from the Ampelographic collection of Azerbaijani Scientific Research Institute of Viticulture and wine-making have been presented in the paper. Conducted studies showed that grape genofund of the country is distinguished by the rich diversity of varieties and polymorphism. For the first time morphological traits, biological and economical-technological specifications of 45 local grape varieties were studied, classification and geographical phone were specified, these varieties were digitally described on the basis of international ampelodescriptors (66 descriptors), the diversity of their hereditary specifications was evaluated on the basis of clusterization of descriptor features. The cluster analysis showed that grape varieties possess the more polymorphism according to their agrobiological and economical-technological specifications. For the first time the comparative molecular study of 42 local grape varieties of Azerbaijan with grape varieties of different origin (Western Europe, Moldova, Caucasus) was carried out on the basis of microsatellite primers (10 SSR:VrZag62; VrZag79; VVMD5; VVMD7; VVMD27; VVMD28; VVMD21; VVMD24; VVMD25; VVS2). The analysis of the obtained results using genetic distance, genetic structure and the clustering methods showed that local varieites manifested a higher level of the genetic diversity and composed a large genetic group (94%
