FIGURE 4. Phylogenetic relationship inferred from Bayesian analysis of Allium sect. Sikkimensia based on cpDNA sequences. Bayesian posterior probabilities (PP) and bootstrap values (BS) values are shown at nodes. The scientific name is given using three letter codes when it is repeated and different color underlining the incongruence between nrDNA tree and cpDNA tree. Groups I, II represent two identified groups within A. sect. Sikkimensia in this study.
