A cognitive operation solution for the production of pharma tablets (CPO1)

One part of the operator solution CPO1 developed in CAPRI relies on information provided by the sensor solution CPS1 (prediction of active pharmaceutical ingredient concentration and liquid-to-solid ratio from Raman spectra). From the CPS1 output and the available process data, faults are detected and their type is categorized. The obtained results verify the functionality of the developed "cognitive operation solution for the production of pharma tablets (CPO1)" and confirm its potential to be used as a standalone application or as a support tool for the CPS1 & CPC1 process control concept.
