MEDICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITIES DENTAL ORTHOPEDIC DEPARTMENTS OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES. ( LITERATURE REVIEW)
Description
Currently, the functioning of medical dental organizations is associated with a high level of competition, cognitiveization of production, growing demands of patients, and oversaturation with advertising. Modern trends in the development of orthopedic dentistry, dedicated to the use of new materials and technologies, the quality of dentures and restorations, are reflected in the works of: T.I. Ibragimova, N.A. Tsalikova, M.G. Grishkina, F. Kornmann, B. Roland.
The priority for improving the quality of dental orthopedic care is the effective solution of issues related to the material and technical base, applied technologies, management, planning, financing and marketing. However, in all the above works, the issues of the medical and economic activities of the dental orthopedic departments of modern technology are not addressed. The rapid development of the dental industry around the world is far ahead of other branches of medicine today. The terms "dental informatics" and "computer dentistry" appeared. A real breakthrough in dentistry was initiated by digital technologies that are widely used at all stages of orthopedic treatment, and the most common among them are CAD / CAM systems (Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacturing) [144.55, 126, 145, 13, 212, 210, 201, 158].
