STATA v17 replicate do file for "Food inflation and child undernutrition in low and middle income countries" by Derek Headey & Marie Ruel

This study analyses wasting and stunting risks among children 0-59 months of age in 44 countries using Demographic Health Survey Data pooled over 130 specific DHS rounds in these countries. The analysis is implemented in STATA v17. To replicate the analysis you will need STATA v17, and to also install the coefplot and outreg2 commands for output representations as Figures and Tables. You will need to save the STATA dataset on your computer and insert the directory pathway into the first command of the STATA do file to successfully open the data. Then simply run the do file and the outputs should be generated. The dataset is large so be patient. Depending on the computer hardware, the STATA code can take 20-30 minutes to run, excluding time taken to produce output tables in Microsoft Word. For any queries please email d.headey@cgiar.org
