Description

This article highlights the data of neuroimaging diagnostics, such as the results of computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging with the manifestation of acute transient form of hydrocephalus among 236 patients with acute cerebral circulatory disorders (stroke). In 86 cases, characteristic clinical and neurological symptoms were identified that characterize the syndrome of intracranial hypertension of predominant hydrocephalic genesis with the development of an acute transient form of hydrocephalus. The results of the study provided based on the analysis of 86 treated patients with acute transient hydrocephalus of non-traumatic genesis. Predetermined the timely identification of its characteristic signs that complicated the course of stroke, which allowed us to establish direct indications for non-invasive monitoring of intracranial hypertension syndrome of hydrocephalic nature in the acute stage of cerebrovascular catastrophe.
