If rheumatism is diagnosed early and left untreated for a long time, it can lead to disability due to the complication of chronic rheumatic heart disease. On the other hand, if repeated rheumatic heart disease is observed after six months, heart defects are formed. Rheumatism mainly affects children 7-14 years old Therefore, we set out to study the prevalence of rheumatic fever and chronic rheumatic heart disease in adolescents and children. The survey revealed that rheumatoid arthritis mainly damages large joints and small joints and causes moving pain. The duration of the character of the pain with an average weight lasts several days. So, the result from correction: as patients age, complications of the disease increase.
