Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) Frameworks for 5G networks.
Description
The data-driven decision-making paradigm shifts the way we make decisions from intuition-based to data-driven. It comprises a prior data analysis to find reasonable and non-biased decisions. To support data analysis, "data science" has emerged as a set of techniques combining math, statistics, and business knowledge to process and extract information from data, assisting decision-makers in their calls. To improve resource management in 5G networks, this work proposes a methodology to build data-driven decision-making frameworks using the foundations of data science and big data infrastructure.
