The purpose of this article is to identify the current psychological and pedagogical tools to ensure the psychological safety of the teacher in the modern educational environment. General theoretical methods are used as research methods: analysis of theoretical and scientific-practical sources, analysis of empirical research, generalization. The author identifies the most used in practice psychological and pedagogical technologies for ensuring the psychological safety of the teacher. A new direction in psychological and pedagogical research has been allocated, associated with the adaptation of existing technologies for ensuring the psychological safety of subjects of education to the conditions of the digital educational space or the development of new ones in accordance with the capabilities of the digital educational environment of a particular school.
