以区域经济发展为视角构建"一带一路"新型国际合作

“一带一路”是中国提出的推动国际合作、实现互利共赢的重大倡议,其核心意义在于通过新型发展合作,实现共同发展。当前, “一带一路”沿线国家中相当一部分还处于初级发展阶段,基础设施建设和工业化还有很大的发展空间。中国和“一带一路”沿线国家可以构建新型合作,加强基础设施建设,以打破发展瓶颈,降低广义贸易成本,推进产业园区建设,进一步开放中国市场,实现生产—消费的完整循环,通过构建区域经济发展条件,实现 “一带一路”国家的共同发展。
