The fast5 files in this dataset is generated from ONT machine.

This dataset includes the 196K fast5 files from the sequencing run #2 (sampled from GIAB_GM24385_UB_Run2) 

This dataset contains only 98% of the dataset used in the paper. Remaining fast5 files can be downloaded from 10.5281/zenodo.7402342
