Description
DESI_upload .tar.gz contains 4 folders:
- jk20_shear: the results for DECaLS X DESI
- jk20_kids: the results for KiDS X DESI
- jk20_hsc: the results for HSC X DESI
- jk50_shear: the results with 50 jackknife regions, to plot Fig 3
In each folder, the .fits files are used to plot the histograms in Fig 1, 4, 6, 10, B1, and for the correlation calculations. The correlations are presented in form "gG_" + lens galaxy type + redshift range + source photo-z range, and the results are the corr_*.npz files inside the folder. They are used to plot the correlations in Fig 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, B2.
The details of how they are ploted are also shared in the plotting code ggl_results.ipynb. It also includes the theoretical calculations and the corresponding set-ups in Fig 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, A1, A2, B2.
