Yearly Outcome Review Tool (YORT): A tool to review clinical outcome after stem cell transplantation

A tool to create outcome review reports based on a data file in the format of the Registry of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT).

The tool is based on R. On Zenodo, three files are provided:

1. An installer that installs an Electron-based application that launches the tool, and includes all dependencies
2. The tool as a source version of an R package, which can be installed using the R remotes package
3. The tool as a Windows binary version of an R package, which can be installed using the install.packages command

Manuals are available in the tool itself. When installed as an application, they are available under the Manuals tab. When installed as an R package, they are also available as a vignette.

More details on the tool will be provided soon, as a manuscript providing those details is currently under submission.
