Measles is one of the most common viral diseases that affects people of all ages, but children are more likely to get sick. The disease is accompanied by severe complications, but clear prognostic criteria for the course of measles have not yet been identified. An analysis of 239 case histories of children of different ages was carried out, in which the prognostic significance of various indicators was determined and used to assess the severity of the course of the disease. Children were divided into age groups: up to 1 year old, from 1 to 3 years old, from 4 to 6 years old; 7 to 12 years old, and 13 to 17 years old. The factors influencing the severity of the course of the disease and the incidence of complications are identified. Age up to a year, the presence of concomitant diseases, lack of vaccination are unfavorable prognostic factors for the course of the disease.

Реферат. Мовлянова Н. В., Харченко Ю. П., Зарецька А. В., Гуща С. Г. ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ ТЯЖКОСТІ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТЕЙ КЛІНІЧНОГО ПЕРЕБІГУ КОРУ У ДІТЕЙ РІЗНОГО ВІКУ. На сьогоднішній день кір залишається однією з найбільш розповсюджених вірусних захворювань, яка вражає людей різного віку, але найчастіше вражаються діти. Це захворювання супроводжується тяжкими ускладненнями, але прогностичних критеріїв, спираючись на які можливо прогнозувати перебіг кору на сьогодні чітко не визначено. На підставі аналізу історій хвороби 239 дітей, хворих на кір різного віку, визначено прогностичну значущість різних показників стану пацієнтів для оцінки тяжкості перебігу кору у дітей в залежності від віку. Дітей було розділено по групах за віком: до 1 ріку, від 1 до 3 років, від 4 до 6 років; від 7 до 12 років та від 13 до 17 років. Результати аналізу дозволили відокремити чинники, які впливають на тяжкість перебігу хвороби і частоту виникнення ускладнень. Висновки. Визначено, що такими чинниками є вік хворого (до 1 року життя), наявність супутніх захворювань і відсутність вакцинації.
