Description
Wolność sumienia i wyznania uregulowana została w art. 9 EKPC oraz art. 18 MPPOiP w sposób tożsamy. Klauzule limitacyjne zawarte w art. 9 ust. 2 EKPC oraz art. 18 ust. 3 MPPOiP są niemal identyczne. Niemniej właśnie w przypadku tej wolności doszło do
rozbieżności w orzecznictwie Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka oraz Komitetu Praw Człowieka.
