cuteSV-2.0.2

cuteSV2 is an upgraded version of cuteSV. It speeds up the genotyping in SV discovery and adds an accurate and fast force calling module. Benchmarks on an Ashkenazim trio-family and a cohort group demonstrate that cuteSV2 has higher yields and scaling performance than state-of-the-art tools. cuteSV2 is available at https://github.com/tjiangHIT/cuteSV.
