Конфликт вокруг Украины в оценках «мозговых центров» Турции

Russian Abstract: В статье раскрыты подходы ведущих «мозговых центров» Турции к представлению внутренней аудитории страны современного кризиса вокруг Украины. С этой целью авторами изучены аналитические публикации на турецком языке восьми «фабрик мысли» по указанной теме в период с 24 февраля по 30 июня 2022 г. Исследование выявило определённую разницу между официальной позицией Анкары и подходами турецких «мозговых центров» к конфликту, что свидетельствует о его двойственном восприятии в этой стране. В статье также отмечается, что специальная военная операция России 2022 г. вызывает большую обеспокоенность в отдельных кругах турецкого экспертно-аналитического сообщества.

English Abstract: The article attempts to reveal the approaches of some leading Turkish think tanks and the vision presented to the country’s domestic audience regarding the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and Russia’s military special operation. For this purpose, Turkish-language analytical publications related to the topic from February 24 to June 30, 2022 of 8 recognized think tanks in Turkey were studied. The study showed a certain difference between Turkey’s official position on the conflict and the approaches of Turkish think tanks, which indicates existing dual political understandings. At the same time, it is noted that Russia’s influential presence in the region causes concern among the Turkish expert community and is perceived as a direct threat to Turkey’s security.
