Description
Solenodon marcanoi (Patterson, 1962). Breviora, 165:2.
TYPE LOCALITY: Dominican Republic, San Rafael Prov., Hondo Valle Mun.; unnamed cave 2 km SW of Rancho La Guardia.
DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.
STATUS: Extinct.
COMMENTS: See comment under Solenodon.
