Description

Nyctalus montanus (Barrett-Hamilton, 1906). Ann. Mag. Nat. Hist., ser. 7, 17:99.

TYPE LOCALITY: India, Uttar Pradesh, Dehra Dun, Mussooree.

DISTRIBUTION: Afghanistan, Pakistan, N India, Nepal.

COMMENTS: Listed as a subspecies of leisleri by Ellerman and Morrison-Scott (1951:159); but see Corbet (1978c:55).
