TYPE LOCALITY: Malaysia, Malacca.
DISTRIBUTION: Sumatra, Malay Peninsula, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, S China (Yunnan), and Burma.
SYNONYMS: cinereus, erythrogenys, insularis, padangensis.
