In silico study of the effects of cerebral circulation on source localization using a dynamical anatomical atlas of the human head

Description

This is the open access data of the study named "In silico study of the effects of cerebral circulation on source localization using a dynamical anatomical atlas of the human head".

This dataset contains:

  • High resolution images of conductivity distribution, dipole localization errors (DLE) (in personalized case and under the conductivity variation of blood and skull conductivity, and electrode positioning), and relative lead field values interpolated to the brain model, Brain Plots.zip package.
  • Interpatient measurement data of 25 patients for all three conductivity modalities, three perturbation sets and with 10 realization of 30 dB noise each. The format is Matlab's cell structure with dimensions 250x3, the first dimension indicates the patient and the second indicates the used modeling scheme σd,σs and σ0, respectively. The files are named as ConductivityPatientMeasurements_diastolic.mat, ConductivityPatientMeasurements_systolic.mat, and ConductivityPatientMeasurements_non_vessel.mat.
  • Measurement data of personalized conductivity models. Data contains 50 samples of 6 different signal-to-noise ratio levels (30-5 in decrements of 5). The file is named as MeasurementNoiseData.mat
  • Variables needed for averaged forward models (using Zeffiro Interface) is given in ForwardSetup.mat as n×3 and m×3 matrices for source positions and sensors, respectively. Lead fields (L_diastolic, L_systolic, and L_non_vessel) are m×3n matrices following (x1,y1,z1,x2,y2,...,zn)-ordering.
