Description
The article addresses the core components of educational intervention project management and broadens the performance management perspective to consider in dimensional context the value of project management in shaping performance. The emphasis falls on different ways of approaching a possible training methodology. The article analytically argues the specificity of educational intervention projects, which consider the progress of the school approached as an organization that learns in open social contexts. This is also where the 10 dimensions of educational intervention projects are established and the possible integrative relationships are analyzed. In addition to this, the specifics of performance values are revealed: innovative change, added value, new values, highlighting the essential differences between them.
