MEDICINAL PROPERTIES OF LAMIACEAE FAMILY KNOWN AND UNKNOWN
Description
The family of labguldoshas includes about 200 genera and about 3000 species. 460 species belonging to 53 genera are found in Central Asia. 210 species belonging to 42 families grow in Uzbekistan. Peppermints are one of the widespread families in Uzbekistan, and they are distinguished from other families by their wealth of useful (medicinal) species. Including Butterfly (Ajuga Regel), Bozulbang (Lagochilus L.), Arslonquyruq (Leonurus L.), Mint (Mentha L.), Tog'raikhan (Origanum L.), Mavrak (Salvia L.), Togguddusi (Betonica L.), representatives of the genus Kakliko't (Thymus L.) and Kiyikot (Ziziphora Vved.) have been used in medicine, food, confectionery and perfume industry for a long time.
