Description
Grammomys cometes (Thomas and Wroughton, 1908). Proc. Zool. Soc. Lond., 1908:549.
TYPE LOCALITY: Mozambique, Inhambane.
DISTRIBUTION: Mozambique; Zimbabwe; Malawi; Tanzania; Kenya.
COMMENT: Formerly included in Thamnomys; see comment under genus.
ISIS NUMBER: 5301410011021002001 as Thamnomys cometes.
