TYPE LOCALITY: U.S.A., Arizona, Cochise Co., 10 mi. (16 km) S.S.E. Ft. Huachuca, mouth of Miller canyon.

DISTRIBUTION: S. Arizona and New Mexico (U.S.A.) to El Salvador.

COMMENT: L. yerbabuenae may be the correct name for this species; see Ramirez-Pulido and Alvarez, 1972, Southwest. Nat., 16:249-259; but also see Watkins, et al., 1972, Spec. Publ. Mus. Texas Tech Univ., 1:16.
