TYPE LOCALITY: South Africa, Cape Prov., Somerset East, near Little Fish River.

DISTRIBUTION: Sudan; Ethiopia; Somalia; Central African Republic; E. and S. Africa.

PROTECTED STATUS: CITES - Appendix III (Botswana).
