The Problem of Methodological Ensuring the Quality of Education for Children of Early and Preschool Age in the Process of their Artistic and Aesthetic Development

The problem of methodological ensuring the quality of education of children of early and preschool age in the process of their artistic and aesthetic development is considered. At the stage of initial studying, the author clarifies the urgency of the issue and the availability of scientific research in its development. Moreover, the directions of scientific research for the purpose of further research of the declared problem are identified. Foreign experience in assessing the quality of preschool education is highlighted such as methods and scales for measuring both individual parameters of the educational process and a comprehensive assessment of the quality of education for children of early and preschool age. It is found that the availability and quality of preschool education are priority areas of national government policy in children’s education. The author focuses on the institutions that take care of the quality of preschool education, as well as the work of local specialists based on the experience of European colleagues. As a result, it is concluded that there is the need for collaboration of scientists and practitioners of different institutions in order to develop theoretical and methodological principles to support the quality of education of children of early and preschool age.
